We want to continuously develop our expertise and operations to be the best partner for our customers when it comes to promoting digitalisation and utilising data. As a result of this, Loihde Advisory and Loihde Analytics are about to merge and become one company.
The new company will combine the merging companies’ versatile expertise in areas such as digital business strategy and change management consulting, business intelligence and the building of AI and analytics solutions. The companies have more than 200 experts working in these areas in Finland and Sweden.
The offering of the merging companies is complemented by the software development and design expertise of their sister company Loihde Factor and the digital and physical security competence of their sister company Loihde Trust as well as an extensive partner network. “Thanks to our network operating model, we can offer customers comprehensive expertise in the entire digital value chain. At the same time, we can focus on in-depth specialised skill sets and offer different work environments in our different units”, Loihde’s CEO Samu Konttinen describes.
The person in charge of the new business unit is Loihde Advisory’s current Managing Director Tomi Bergman. Katja Ahola, current Managing Director of Loihde Analytics, will be in charge of the offering and development of the new unit. “It is our goal to be our customers’ best partner when it comes to enabling business continuity. This means having a strong offering in one place, everything from strategy clarification to change management, design, implementation and continuous services in both data and digital service development”, Tomi Bergman emphasises.
The companies will join forces gradually. During the remainder of the year, there will be a transfer to joint operations, and the legal merger will take place in the spring of 2023. The search for a new name is on. “The name Loihde was the result of an internal naming contest, and we will use the creativeness of our employees this time as well”, says Tomi Bergman.
