For several years, Loihde has been developing an SAS Customer Intelligence solution in cooperation with Sanoma’s experts. The solution is utilized daily in marketing and sales by preparing campaign highlights and continuously improving the effectiveness of marketing with the help of new models.
Several dozen source systems are connected to a centralized customer data warehouse, which places high demands on experts developing and maintaining the system. Sanoma reaches 97% of Finnish households, which are subject to numerous marketing measures on a daily basis, in terms of digital channels and telephone sales support.
The system utilizes a number of different customer relationship management models and analyses. The automatic triggers created on the basis of the models produce customer-specific and high-quality activation measures for customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
